Terms Of Service (T.O.S)

Thank you so much for considering commissioning me! It means a lot to bring joy to people through works of art. I hope you love my works of art as much as I do!

Be sure to read the TOS fully before completing a Quote or Commission form!

- - General T.O.S. and Policy - -

-> T.O.S. is subject to any change without notice, if you are willing/ wanting to commission me please message for a form to agree you have read it <-

-> I, as a commissioning and freelance artist, have the full rights to refuse/cancel a commission at any given time. I am a student and working part time as this is purely a side job and not a main focus for me. <-

-> I will never replicate a project again as commission I enjoy being unique and individual to the person and replicating this through my art <-

->If any of the following behavior is demonstrated, it will result in immediate canceling of a commission/acceptance of a commission. As well as a permanent blacklisting from any commissions in the future:

- Rude / Abusive Behavior - Toxic behaviors - Hate Speech - Racism

Transphobia / Homophobia - Zoophilia - Pedophilia - ECT..

- - Adult Content / NSFW policy - -

-> I will not accept / complete a commission with an "Adult" or NSFW intention. Either with a plushie or a Murrsuit <-

-> This is a personal choice as I REFUSE to have any of my artwork used with such intentions, and WILL result in action being taken <-

-> This go for any art work pertaining to ALL of my characters! <-

-> I ask that ALL of my characters are never to be drawn in a NSFW fashion unless given direct permission from myself! Artwork may be suggestive as I am an adult but nothing with any proper sexual context! This a personal choice and if you choose to make artwork (you never have to unless it's an art trade, in which case it's only fair), please respect this choice! <-

-> I will more than likely block you if you choose to do this and if this priestesses to being harassment and being out right rude, it may result in blacklisting from any future commission you may want <-

- - Minors/ underage policy - -

-> You must be abiding by the rules and terms of PayPal which means you must be 18+ to make a payment, which is needed<-

-> I will only accept a commission intended for a minor as long as I am in full contact with the legal parent/ guardian and they are the one agreeing and commissioning me. NOT THE MINOR. <-

-> I will do plushies and suits INTENDED for a child but I will only stay in contact with the adult (18+) and with a working PayPal account or Bank account <-

- - Quoting Policy - -

-> Quotes may be requested for free on any of my platforms <-

-> You must read through my T.O.S. and send a form at the bottom of this page. This says you have read through and understand my T.O.S. <-

-> Quotes are only valid for one month at maximum due to shipping prices constantly changing <-

- - Payment Policy - -

-> I do accept payment plans yet they may not exceed 6 months for full payment <-

-> The first initial payment is 25% of the total cost. This is NON REFUNDABLE as this covers the costs of the material needed for the commission <-

-> Any payments after, are legible for a refund should need be. See "Refund policy" below for details <-

-> Payments are discussed on a case by case bases. They are this way so it's the fairest and most convient for the comminsioner <-

- - Refund Policy - -

-> If for any reason you may need to request a refund please keep notes in mind as up would like one <-

-> If you don't obtain a product within 4 months of the final payment please contact me for such a situation via email <-

-> All my physical commissions such as Badges, plushies, and fursuits have a clearly labeled non refundable deposit that is required. Anything after this payment will be determined on a case by case bases <-

-> Payments will be refunded through the method of original payment <-

-> Please contact me through email, and describe what / why you are requesting a refund <-

-> Refunds are determined on a case by case bases, therefor an email with a reason is highly important to discuss one <-

-> Please use the secret word "sharks" if you have read to the end here on the form to quote/commission me<-

- - Right to Refuse Service - -

-> Being a independent and freelance artist, I can refuse the right to accept and provide service to anyone for any reason <-

-> I will always provide a reason as to why to either email or contact in a dm. If need be, there will be a refund issued <-

-> I take limited Commission through out the year due to this being a side business and not a main source of income for me. Being a college student and a part time worker I may choose at any time to not take on a commission so I can prioritize my health over any commissions <-
